#1546 TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS: Aurora Borealis on the Night Before Christmas by Malin Kylinger / @bluebuilder_lego

Today we’re breaking down a lovely Christmas themed build by Malin Kylinger aka @bluebuilder_lego . There is clever part usage throughout the MOC–from the turntable as part of the roof tiling to Batgirl’s ponytail piece being used as a door handle. But perhaps the most impressive and eye-catching parts are the dragon wings used to simulate the Aurora Borealis phenomenon in the sky. The color selection is absolutely perfect, ranging from bright green to dark blue, and all the wings are set against a backdrop of dark blue and black sky speckled with stars (another NPU with a printed piece). It’s truly an impressive build!
