#2881 SET REVIEW – Medieval Town Square (10332).

Castle fans asked for years and LEGO finally answered. It’s rumored this set will be retiring in a few months… so is this worth the last minute purchase? We think so, especially if you’re a castle fan.

We did the math and – with inflation – this is also the most affordable medieval village set, beating out ones from 2009 and 2011 when it comes to price, part count, number of figs and animals, etc.

Retailing for $229.99 for 3304 parts, this set scored 22/25:

🐐 Parts (5/5) Incredible part selection that sets the gold standard for quality and variety.

.

🐐 Minifigures (4/5) Great new torsos, 2 capes, but no new hair or heads.

.

🐐 Techniques (3/5) Delightful build, but no new techniques if you’ve built modular houses

before.

.

🐐 Display (5/5) Standout display that looks good by itself or with a castle.

.

🐐 Value (5/5) Great price per part and comparatively low threshold price for an 18+ set.
