SMART Play is a controversial new development in the LEGO product portfolio and we have mixed thoughts on it! In this post, we’re looking into the largest SMART Play set to see if it can be at all worth it.
Trying to give it a fair shot, but not ignoring the drawbacks, we’ve ended up scoring this set 14/25.
⭐Parts: 4/5 An OK selection, redeemed by its good variety of SMART parts to mess with
⭐Minifigures: 3/5 SMART Figures certainly do exist. Fine, not exciting.
⭐Techniques: 3/5 Some clever angles, but this set is for children; it’s a fairly simple build.
⭐Display Value: 3/5 Half of the set looks great, the other half does not at all.
⭐Value for Money: 1/5 You need to love SMART Play for this to feel worth its high price.
