LEGO Marvel 76322 Thor vs. Chitauri attempts to recreate the climactic battle of Endgame with Thor, Rocket, War Machine, and a squad of Chitauri invaders. While the set includes a respectable selection of villains and a brick-built Chitauri Gorilla, the overall part selection offers little excitement for builders seeking new elements or recolours.
The minifigure lineup is mixed, with several desirable characters included, but the heavy reliance on reused parts and prints limits its appeal to collectors.
Building techniques remain simple throughout, with only a few small details, such as the Chitauri mouthguard, standing out.
Accuracy is another weak point, as several design compromises and colour inaccuracies prevent the models from fully capturing their on-screen counterparts. The Chitauri Gorilla provides the most visual interest, although its head design and limited articulation leave room for improvement.
For younger fans, the play value is undeniably strong thanks to the hero versus-monster action and numerous enemy troops. However, the high retail price ultimately makes this set difficult to recommend, resulting in an overall score of 7 out of 25.
