#3011 SET REVIEW: Ocarina of Time: The Final Battle

Evil never sleeps, but both Link and Zelda are here to defeat multiple incarnations of Hyrule’s most wicked villain! LEGO’s newest set from the world of Zelda takes us back in time to the iconic final battle scene from Ocarina of Time.

The second Legend of Zelda set is much less expensive than the previous version, but we want to know what you think! Is this the direction you want the theme to take for future sets as well? Share with us in the comments! ⬇️

🧱 Parts: 5/5 – New moulds, amazing recolours, and rare parts. Plus, no stickers and all prints!

👬 Minifigures: 5/5 – The game’s most iconic characters are here with fantastic prints and new moulds. Link is a repeat from the Great Deku Tree, which we were actually happy to see!

🏗️ Techniques: 4/5 – Clever techniques make the diorama base a joy to build, a reliable mechanic springs Ganondorf into action, and Ganon is one of the best brick-built characters we’ve seen!

📷 Display: 5/5 – There are posing options, with the most dynamic being the moment of Ganon’s final defeat! Plenty of studs leave space to pose characters, and even the base itself is a great foundation for fun scenes.

💰 Value: 3/5 – Though a more accessible entrypoint for Zelda fans than the Great Deku Tree, this set is still fairly expensive. Its value is middle-of-the-road when compared against other minifig-scale dioramas.
