#3045 SET REVIEW: Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship (10365)

Towering masts and sails promise a commanding display—but does the set deliver where it counts?
After a close look at the build, parts selection, and minifigure lineup, we landed on a final score of 18 out of 25. 👇

🧱 Parts: 4/5
Surprisingly few new elements for a flagship, with the exclusive cloth sails doing most of the heavy lifting.

🧍 ‍♂️ Minifigures: 3/5
Mostly new prints and some slick new moulds, but the small lineup, limited leg printing, and missed character choices hold it back.

⚙ ️ Techniques: 5/5
A solid, confident build showcasing top-tier LEGO engineering, packed with functional mechanisms and complicated geometric shaping.

🏴 ‍☠️ Display: 5/5
A towering display with a serious model ship vibe, anchored by a realistic hull and dedicated stand.

💰 Value: 1/5
Weak value even for a licensed set, undercut by better-priced alternatives with more to offer.

Does the display presence make up for the compromises elsewhere? Let us know what you think in the comments!
