OK, @lechkulina absolutely knocked it out of the park with this one. If you’re anything like us, your jaw probably hit the floor when you saw how ridiculously complex the interior was. We’ve been making posts like this for years, but it would’ve been hopeless for us to try to break down the techniques in here if it weren’t for Lech’s awesome BTS photos.
This engine isn’t based on any specific real-world train, but it takes a lot of inspiration from various European diesel locomotives. The bridge however is a simple Warren truss with vertical supports, the standard for a lot of small to medium sized rail bridges.
