In 2024, LEGO released products for Dungeons & Dragons, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the table top role-play game!
The game allows a DM to lead their players to create their own fantasy-inspired characters across different lands and stories, and LEGO was able to capture the spirit of D&D despite the wave being limited to the one IDEAS set (submitted by fan designer @bolt.builds !) and a minifigure series.
Since 2024 we haven’t had any more Dungeons & Dragons sets but the MOC community has found plenty of ways to keep the theme alive:
⚔ We’ll be looking at MOC builds for the D&D characters
⚔ Brick-built upscaled versions of iconic creatures and adventurers
⚔ And even ways to use LEGO to play your own D&D campaigns!
